Our shipments to mainland Portugal take 2 to 8 business days!

The delivery methods available to the customer are chosen at the time of purchase, with the option for the customer to pick up the item at one of our physical stores or have it delivered to the customer's address.

The reservation and shipment of the order will only be made after payment confirmation.

A handling fee is charged for orders over €400.

1) You can exchange and/or return your online order quickly and easily at our physical stores! The Oviedo and A Coruña stores do not process exchanges or returns for online purchases!

2) Place your exchange and/or return request in your personal area to receive a label and follow the instructions! There is a €4.50 fee for returns, deducted from the refund! Exchanges are free only for mainland Portugal!

3) Ship it at your own expense to our headquarters!

The offer of a pair of socks is valid with the purchase of items from the new collection. In case of returning the item(s) that gave rise to the offer, the pair of socks must also be returned, in the same condition as it was received.

If the socks are not returned, Manuel Alves reserves the right to deduct the value corresponding to the pair of socks from the refund to be issued.
