Choose how you want to return your order

1) You can exchange and/or return your online order in our physical stores quickly and easily, without placing an online order!

2) Make your exchange and/or return request in your personal area to receive a label and follow the instructions! Associated cost of $4.50 for returns deducted from the refund! Free exchanges only for PT Continental!

Prepare the packaging

Your order must be properly identified!

The original box must not be sent damaged or wrapped in tape!

You should wrap it in a plastic bag/box and seal it well!

Deliver your package

If you selected the delivery option at the delivery/collection point, you will be contacted and sent a return label, which you must print.

Place the items inside the packaging.

Please stick the label on the package after it is closed. The original box should not be sent damaged or wrapped in tape.

Drop off your order at a delivery point within the next 5 days.

Exchanges and Returns

The exchange and return policies for our online store and our physical stores are not the same! Below you'll find the exchange and return policy for online orders!

Return policy

In accordance with Decree Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, amended by Law 47/2012, of July 28 and by Decree Law No. 78/2018, of October 15, Consumers, whose definition is provided for in the aforementioned legal diploma, have the right to freely terminate the contract, up to 15 days after receipt of the order, without any need for justification, with a full refund of the products being made, with the exception of possible shipping costs (except in cases of special shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer).

If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can cancel it by emailing info@manuelalves.pt . Once the order has been shipped, the customer must wait for it to be received and return it through our website, in their personal account area.

When making a return:

1) Your order must be properly identified!
2) The original box must not be sent damaged or wrapped in adhesive tape!
3) You must wrap it in a plastic bag/box and seal it well!

Failure to comply with the above points will result in a €4.50 discount on the refund for damage to the packaging.

We do not accept returns of used or worn items. The product must be returned in the same condition as received. If the item shows signs of wear, the order will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

The customer has 15 days from the date of receipt of the products to exchange them, accessing our website, in the personal area of their account, and filling in the information to collect the product.

In-store exchange: Customers can exchange sizes and/or items at any of our physical stores, free of charge. After exchanging your order, it is no longer possible to return the original order.

The Oviedo and Coruña stores do not accept exchanges or returns on online purchases.

Online exchange: These are carried out exclusively in mainland Portugal, through the customer area, without any associated cost.

Exchange at the customer's expense: The customer can send their order for exchange through a shipping company of their choice, after completing the order in their personal area. In this case, you must send it to the following address:

Exchange Policy - Defects

Manuel Alves always ensures the quality of its products, maintaining strict quality control. However, a warranty is provided to the customer for two years from the date of delivery.

When the customer verifies that the item is defective, he/she must contact Manuel Alves via the email address info@manuelalves.pt , presenting the item's defect through photographs, as well as the invoice.

Return and Refund Policy

At Manuel Alves, customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we offer a return and refund policy that respects consumer rights, as regulated by Decree-Law No. 24/2014 and other applicable laws in Portugal.

OUTLET

Outlet category products may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality or comfort. To ensure the best shopping experience, we offer these items at special prices. Because these are end-of-line items or have aesthetic details, exchanges are not possible!
