Such features are unavoidable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product.

The sizes available on the website are European and shown in numbers (41, 42, etc.). If you are not sure which size you are, please contact us at info@manuelalves.pt, sending an exact link to the item in the email.

Our stock of products is always limited, and our main concern is to keep it updated in real time. Whenever an item is unavailable, the customer will be refunded within 30 days.

The prices, products and campaigns shown on the website are only valid for online purchases. Regarding the prices applied, if any error is identified, Manuel Alves will rectify the price as soon as it is detected, always informing the customer about the correction, who is free to cancel the purchase without any loss if they so wish. The prices of the online store and physical stores do not vary, and are always shown with the VAT in force in Portugal. As this is an online store, shipping costs are added to the value of the product, always depending on the final destination of the order.

There may be different promotions and campaigns, i.e. discounts offered exclusively in physical stores or online. The prices that apply are always those indicated on each item.

Once the order has been confirmed, we cannot make any price changes. The order is finalized after the payment and delivery method has been chosen.

• Inability to use trains, boats, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private;

• Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.

Our obligations under the Contracts will be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Events occur and we will be given an extension of time to perform such obligations for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Events. We will use all reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Events to an end or to find a solution that will allow us to perform our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Events.

Gift Card
The Gift Card is valid for the purchase of any items sold in physical and online stores of the Manuel Alves group, for 1 year from the date of purchase. You only need to present it at the time of purchase or apply it when completing the online purchase.
Once the validity period has expired, the Card cannot be renewed, nor can it be claimed or recovered.
The Card is owned by the issuing entity: MASALVES – CALÇADO UNIPESSOAL LDA (Manuel Alves) with tax number – 504 456 091, with registered office at Rua Padre José Peixoto Dias, no. 803 4610-285 Felgueiras, with the Card holder being the mere user of the same.
The Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance on the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
The card will not be replaced in case of theft, loss or damage. Cards acquired by any illicit means will be considered null and void and cannot be used to purchase items.
Whenever a virtual Card is purchased, we shall not be liable for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the same by the respective recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to: (i) deficiencies or breakdown of telecommunications lines/systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur in any of the situations set out in paragraph (i) above; (iii) incorrect data of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of the Card; (iv) impossibility of delivering the Card to the email address provided, or (v) the fact that the email sent is considered spam or unwanted email.
